2. Estimates & Payments

Free estimates are provided for all services.Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.A deposit may be required before scheduling an installation, with the remaining balance due upon completion.Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and approved financing options.Late payments may be subject to additional fees, including interest charges and collections.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made before the custom order for windows and doors is placed. Once an order has been moved to assembly, cancellations are not allowed.If a cancellation is requested before the custom order is placed, a 20% cancellation fee of the total project value will apply.Deposits on custom orders or special materials are non-refundable once the order has been processed.If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but do not guarantee refunds for completed work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth installation or repair process, customers must:

Provide accurate information about their project.Ensure clear access to work areas.Notify us of any pre-existing damage or issues before installation.

Habcon Windows & Doors is not responsible for structural issues that were not disclosed before service.

5. Warranties & Liabilities

We provide warranties on workmanship, which vary by service type and materials used. Warranty details will be provided in writing.Manufacturer warranties apply to products installed by Habcon Windows & Doors, but we are not responsible for defects in third-party materials.We are not liable for damages caused by extreme weather, misuse, or modifications made by third parties after installation.Any unauthorized alterations or repairs by another contractor void our warranty.
